NBA playoff matchups set

In the NBA more teams make the playoffs than are left out, so many observers routinely view the season as an exercise in going through the motions before the “real” season starts in April. Now that the regular season is in the books, we can look forward to some exciting basketball that really counts for something over the next couple of weeks. The $10,000 question that is on the minds of a lot of people is simply this: can Lebron capture his first ring in his last season under his current contract with the Cavaliers?

If the Cavs (who will have home court advantage as long as they remain in the playoffs) win it all, they will bring the city its first title of any kind since the Cleveland Browns won the NFL crown in 1964. It is impossible to get inside the Lebron’s head, but one might think that he would be more likely to re-sign with his present employers after leading the victory parade through a grateful city. They will have to earn it if they are to emerge victorious, because as always, the competition is stiff and each and every player in the floor is giving his all for the entire game during the “second season.” To see the matchups and how the combatants fared against one another during the regular season, click the link below, and enjoy the games!
