NCAA Tournament brackets are set

Each and every March, fans of college basketball anxiously await the condensed “second season” that we have all come to know as March Madness, and the regular season games and conference tourneys are now all in the books. Yesterday the NCAA selection committee sat down and created the brackets that are so anxiously awaited around the sporting community, so it is now time to download your copy and make your selections.

The Midwest #1 seed is Kansas, the #1 seed in the east is Kentucky, the west top seed is Syracuse, and in the south, Duke was awarded the #1 seed. The first thing that comes to mind when you see these top seeds is that coaching must really matter; you’ve got three of the all-time greats in John Calipari, Jim Boeheim, Mike Krzyzewski , and the burgeoning Bill Self of Kansas.
