Pete Wentz says Fall Out Boy not completely done

Pete Wentz says talk of Fall Out Boy’s demise has been blown out of proportion, but he isn’t sure when the rock band will get back to performing together again.

Earlier this week, lead singer Patrick Stump told Spin.com that the group was done after Wentz tweeted that he didn’t see a future for the band.

But on Friday, Wentz said there’s no animosity and that he had e-mailed with Stump. The bassist was in Miami Beach for Super Bowl festivities.

He said right now band members are just doing things apart and he wants things to be authentic when they return.

He also joked about making “I Quit Fall Out Boy” T-shirts.”
